Waiting and waiting...

I am still waiting for Teva and Leila to come into heat...I am hoping that they both will be ready to breed by Christmas, but Mother Nature sometimes has other ideas...!
Teva will be bred to Chip from Springville Labradoodles and they will have chocolate babies together! I am hoping they will produce a few chocolate and white parti labradoodles since they both carry the parti gene. The pups will be a perfect size for most families, around 25-35 lbs. as adults.
Leila and Jet produced a beautiful litter together of F1b goldendoodles last year. They had 6 babies that were cream, red, and black, all with wonderful soft coats. I have decided to accept some reservations for their litter together. Let me know if you are interested in one of their puppies coming soon.
I am anxiously awaiting Lani's OFA hip and elbow xray results. It takes about 3 weeks to get the results in the mail and tomorrow will be 3 weeks...She is a gorgeous white English Golden Retriever pup who I would love to have goldendoodles from in the future. She is the sweetest girl and she lives with the sweetest guardian nearby. She and Sam are best buddies and they go everywhere together!
Since I decided to have Brody neutered, I am looking for the right boy for CocoBella's next litter. She had a incredible litter of parti labradoodles last May. I am thinking about a few boys that live nearby and I will make a decision when she comes into heat again.
Juno, our parti F3 standard labradoodle, and her half-sister, Kali, F2 black, parti-factored labradoodle, will have hip, elbow, and eye testing in the spring. These cute girls live with a wonderful guardian family in Vancouver and they are very much loved.
Stella, Kali's sister, is a chocolate, parti-factored F2 labradoodle who also lives in a guardian home. Genetic testing will also be done on her in the spring. Kali and Stella have wonderful, soft, wavy coats. Juno has a gorgeous, curlier coat with wonderful tuxedo markings of chocolate and white with a touch of sable.
My sweet buddy, Maggie, had her last litter in August and she was spayed last month. She had 3 wonderul litters and now she gets to be the over-seer to her grandbabies! She is a wonderful dog and I love her so much!
That's the latest news at Tualatin River Labradoodles! I will post on my Available Puppy Page as soon as the girls are in heat and also when they have confirmed pregnancies!
Happy Holidays!
